- Additional shipping charges required for reshipment
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
Jedoux Labs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file claims where applicable.
6. Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives damaged:
- Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Clear photographs of the packaging and product damage are required
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
