Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Jedoux Labs is not liable for:

Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
Delays resulting from address errors
Additional shipping charges required for reshipment

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
