Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") is incorporated by reference into the Terms & Conditions of Jedoux Labs LLC ("Jedoux Labs," "we," "us," or "our") and applies to all purchases made through jedouxlabs.com (the "Site").

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns will be accepted only if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, OR
  • The product was received damaged or defective

All return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the date the product was delivered, as confirmed by carrier tracking.
Requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be approved.

2. Non-returnable items
Except where required by law, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, opened, or partially used products
  • Products not returned in original condition or packaging
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage

This restriction is necessary due to hygiene, safety, and consumer-use considerations.

3. Return Authorization Process
All returns require prior written authorization from Jedoux Labs.

Request must include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photographic documentation (mandatory for damaged or defective items)

Returns shipped with that authorization may be rejected and returned to the sender at the customers expense.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Jedoux Labs is not responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked return shipments
  • Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method

Risk of loss for returned items remains with the customer until received by Jedoux Labs.

5. Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of an approved return, we will notify the customer of approval or rejection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing typically occurs within 5-10 business days, subject to the payment provider's policies

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notification must be provided within 14 days of delivery
  • Clear photographic evidence is required

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund, at Jedoux Labs' sole discretion.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only prior to fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it is governed exclusively by this Return & Refund Policy.

8. Abuse, Fraud, and Policy Enforcement

Jedoux Labs LLC reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns that do not meet eligibility requirements
  • Refuse service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive return activity
  • Modify or terminate return privileges at our discretion

9. Data Handling and Privacy Alignment

Any personal information submitted in connection with a return or refund request is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for order verification, customer support, and compliance purposes.

10. Governing Terms

This Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of Jedoux Labs LLC. In the event of a conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall control.
